1. Agreement
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (an individual or the organization you represent) and Gol Service Base. If you use the services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Services
Gol Service Base offers software and consulting related to management accounting, ledger automation, balance consolidation, dashboards, cash flow monitoring, reporting, and integrations. Features available to you may depend on your plan, contract, or onboarding stage.
Website content is for general information. A paid subscription or signed agreement is required for full platform access.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. The services are intended for business and professional use in connection with lawful commercial activity.
4. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident related to your account.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other customers’ accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software except as permitted by law or written agreement
- Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit to the platform (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the services as described in our Privacy Policy and any customer agreement.
You represent that you have the rights and consents needed to provide Customer Data to us for processing.
7. Intellectual property
The Gol Service Base name, logo, software, website design, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no license to our intellectual property is transferred.
8. Consultations and demos
Requests submitted through the contact form are not a guarantee of service availability or pricing. Any commercial terms (fees, SLA, scope) are set out in a separate proposal, order form, or subscription agreement.
9. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed according to your contract. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of access.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. Material changes to paid services will be handled under your customer agreement where applicable.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will meet all of your accounting, tax, or regulatory requirements without your own professional review.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gol Service Base and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the website or services.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD 100, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
14. Third-party services
The platform may integrate with banks, ERPs, payroll systems, or other third-party tools. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.
15. Termination
You may stop using the website at any time. Paid subscriptions terminate according to your contract. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Ulaanbaatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or local rules require otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
